Featuring Ahmed Dickinson, guitar

Dance away the hour to the rhythms of the latin guitar, sing a balada to exotic flowers, move to the pulse of the cha-cha-cha, and twirl to a Venezuelan waltz. Where there is music and dance, life is beautiful.

Enter the Arcadian world of Pan, the faun-like God who brings the Spring and seduces nymphs, meet Syrinx who tries to escape from his clutches.  Mozart was right - the flute is very magical indeed!

Bach to Baby is the critically acclaimed classical concert series for babies, toddlers and their carers. Tots dance, roam about and revel in the wonder of live music, while you take a moment out of your busy day to hear top notch performances by outstanding musicians, with your young babes in tow.

Doors open 30 mins prior to the concert, giving you time to ditch the buggy, grab a coffee, and catch up with friends before the performance.

About the venue

Bach to Baby is delighted to present its concerts at Mycenae House, a historic building within the grounds of beautiful public gardens in the Blackheath Westcombe Ward in South East London that was initially a novitiate house for the order of the Little Sisters of Assumption. Today it is a hub of community activity with up to 2,500 visitors per week. Explore the gardens and grounds shared with Woodland House, which is the home to the Greenwich Steiner School and visit the in-house cafe for a spot of lunch or an energising coffee.
