All That Jazz

Featuring Abi Gilchrist, soprano & Ross Power, piano

Abi Gilchrist, the voice of the theme tune to CBeebies 'Do You Know', takes us, singing 'I Got Rhythm', fresh from 'Summertime', into the world of jazz with songs by George Gershwin and more. A foot tapping hour ahead for us all, so let's hope those kids 'Aint Misbehavin!'

Swooning Bassooning

Featuring Alexandra Callanan, bassoon & Anthony Halstead, piano

Bring your teddies and join the bassoon and piano for a teddy bear's picnic. We will be meeting and dancing with lots of animals on the way, to the music of Bach, Saint-Saens, and Grovlez. And if you'd like to dress up as your favourite animal, a special Bach to Baby Kent prize will go to our favourite!

Bach to Baby is the critically acclaimed classical concert series for babies, toddlers and their carers. Tots dance, roam about and revel in the wonder of live music, while you take a moment out of your busy day to hear top notch performances by outstanding musicians, with your young babes in tow.

Doors open 30 mins prior to the concert, giving you time to ditch the buggy, grab a coffee, and catch up with friends before the performance.

Built in 1811, St. Peter's Methodist Church is situated in the heart of Canterbury. It is known not only for its architectural beauty but also for its fabulous acoustics.
