As we enter the Festive Season post Lockdown 2.0, we want you to enjoy great music and celebrate with joy. Here are a few things you need to know before you book.
Some things will remain the same as all our annual Festive celebrations:
All are welcome - families members big and small, those who celebrate Christmas and those that don't. Our festive season concerts are really a celebration of families coming together and all things wintertime.
Look out for the specific music and musical instruments at your chosen concert on the event pages.
Our Christmas concerts are very popular, so arrive early, ditch the buggy and snuggle up with your family.
Flexi-tickets are not valid at our Christmas concerts to allow us to manage capacity and keep everyone safe. Many concerts sell out quickly, so do book early.
Fancy dress and frolicking are encouraged, but please note this is not a carol service, or Santa's grotto and we can't guarantee the church will have a tree up yet **sniff**.
Feel free to bring your own throws or blankets to sit on - anything to get extra cosy.
Some additional items to think about this Christmas:
While we celebrate the Winter Festive Season together, we also want to ensure that our audience, musician and staff feel safe and comfortable. Our concerts are run in accordance with the governments latest health and safety guidelines. Things might change over the next few weeks too, so we recommend checking our website and your emails to make sure youre as up to date as possible when planning your visit to our concerts.
Concerts will be offered at a much reduced audience capacity. We will limit ticket numbers to allow seating to be spaced in accordance with government social distancing guidance.
Members of the audience must remain socially distanced from other family bubbles at all times during the concert. There will be a maximum of 6 members to each family bubble (number inclusive of young children).
E-Tickets must be pre-booked, online and in advance. There will be no cash tickets on the door.
Please only book tickets for your own family bubble, as your details will be kept for the governments track and trace for 21 days after the date of the concert.
Tickets are non transferable, non exchangeable, and non refundable. In the case of cancellation of a concert due to changes in Government Guidelines, we will be in touch via email, and will automatically provide you with a full refund.
Face coverings are required upon entering the venue until exiting the venue. Musicians will not wear masks during the performance but will be socially distanced from each other and the audience. Children under 11 are not required to wear masks.
All surfaces in public spaces will be disinfected between performances.
There will be a queuing system in place outside the venue to ensure the safety of everyone entering.
Sanitisers will be provided at entrance and toilet facilities.
