Carnival of the Animals

Featuring Charis Hanning, piano & Matthew McCombie, piano

Come one, come all to see the animals big and small. Join the regal lion, the dancing elephant, the cuckoo in the wood, the tortoise who knows how to beat the hare, the fossils (no, Mummy's not that old), the bouncy kangaroo and the long-eared donkey, as our pianists bring you the glorious music of Saint-Saëns. All that, plus your favourite nursery rhymes to finish, of course!

Doors open at 10.00am. Concert lasts for about an hour.

Around the World on 47 Strings

Featuring Keziah Thomas, harp

It took Phileas Fogg eighty days, but harpist Keziah Thomas will whisk you around the world in under an hour. Stop off in Turkey to join a village dance, jig and reel in Scotland and meet a dragon in China!  Plus, your favourite nursery rhymes of course.

About the concerts

Bach to Baby is the critically acclaimed classical concert series for babies, toddlers and their carers. Tots dance, roam about and revel in the wonder of live music, while you take a moment out of your busy day to hear top notch performances by outstanding musicians, with your young babes in tow.

Doors open 30 mins prior to the concert, giving you time to ditch the buggy, grab a coffee, and catch up with friends before the performance.

Public transport: 13 minute walk from Epsom Station, up the high street

Parking: Free public car park off Church Street at the front of the church which has a capacity for 15 cars - be advised there are stairs at the front of the church

Accessibility: Accessible parking and ramp access through cemetary on Grove Road to the rear of the church

About the venue

St. Martin of Tours is Epsom’s oldest building, lying within the Borough’s most important Church Street Conservation Area. It retains a gorgeous remodeled mid-15th century tower, among other notable features. Just a hop, skip and a jump from Epsom High Street, wander through some of Epsom’s leafy historical areas on your way to our concert.
