About our Christmas concerts

We love this time of year, but it can be pretty hectic for us parents, right?! So to make life a bit easier, here are some top tips about our Christmas concerts.

  1. All are welcome - families members big and small, those who celebrate Christmas and those that dont.
  2. Our Christmas concerts will be a feast of music that celebrates families coming together and all things wintertime, with a sprinkling of sleigh bells and singalong carols throughout - there'll be something for everybody!
  3. Look out for the specific music and musical instruments at your chosen concert when the programmes are announced in early November.
  4. Fancy dress, frolicking and loud singing encouraged, but please note this is not a carol service, or santa's grotto and we can't guarantee the church will have a tree up yet. **sniff**

About the venue

Bach to Baby Golders Green & Finchley Venue ImageLocated in leafy Hampstead Garden Suburb, the Free Church lies in the middle of an area known for its historic artistic and musical connections. While you're there make sure to have a look at the church's unusual concrete dome and pastel coloured columns - very different to St Jude's Church on the opposite side of Central Square. Both are Grade I listed buildings however, so a visit after the concert would be be a lovely way to spend the rest of the day. Why not also have a wander over Hampstead Heath, take in the views across London, or even try one of their famous bathing ponds?
