Job Specification
Bach to Baby is working in partnership with The Mighty Creatives to offer a new, paid, 6-month role through the Governments Kickstart Scheme, for young people claiming Universal Credit.
Bach to Baby is the critically acclaimed concert family series in the UK. Founded in 2009, it gives over 500 concerts annually in venues in London and the South East, alongside special events and festivals throughout the season including venues such as Buckingham Palace and Windsor Castle.
We are looking for a highly-motivated customer facing individual who will gain invaluable experience working in Concert Management for an innovative concert business. We encourage an entrepreneurial spirit and consider everyone's ideas, the best of which we can turn into actions quickly.
The applicant will be required to travel to concerts across London and further afield as well as working from home and Head Office on occasion.
This role is offered through the Government's Kickstart Scheme. Suitable candidates must be aged 16-24, currently be claiming Universal Credit and are required to apply through local Job Centres following a referral from their Work Coach. Anyone interested should speak to their Work Coach as soon as possible.

Duties
The role involves all areas of concert management. This will include:
- being the public face of Bach to Baby, representing the brand

looking after the needs of the audience, artists, venues, and Bach to Baby team members at a concert

preparation of venue prior to concert, including putting up posters and sound/lighting check; assisting concert attendees, which includes ticketing, giving directions, and serving light refreshments

introducing the artists, and leading the singing of nursery rhymes at the end of concert

after concert: assisting in returning the venue to the state in which we found it - full training will be given to do this
