About the concerts

Bach to Baby is the critically acclaimed classical concert series for babies, toddlers and their carers. Tots dance, roam about and revel in the wonder of live music, while you take a moment out of your busy day to hear top notch performances by outstanding musicians, with your young babes in tow.



Doors open 15 mins prior to the concert, giving you time to ditch the buggy, grab a coffee, and catch up with friends before the performance.

Closest stations: Borough and London Bridge.
Bus Routes: e 188 from Southwark Park and the C10 from Canada Water or Pimlico stop on Bermondsey Street, and the 42 from Camberwell stops on Abbey Street - both are just around the corner from the church.

Parking: Limited street parking available.

Accessibility: Step free access and nappy changing facilities available.

About the venue

Join us for a Bach to Baby concert in the location where it all began in 2011 - St Mary Magdalen Church which boasts a rich history dating back to William the Conqueror and is built on the site of Bermondsey Abbey. Situated on Bermondsey Street, there's plenty to see and do following a Bach to Baby concert including a trip to one of the streets eclectic cafes or eateries and a trip to Tin Lid Children's clothes shop is a must for some really unique items. The venue is also close to the Design Museum which hosts a range of family friendly activited and if you're coming via London Bridge station, take a trip to the famous Borough Market.
