Bach to Baby is delighted to partner with the internationally celebrated Jigsaw Players to present an exceptional concert as part of the MyRaynesPark Festival.

Praised as "magnificent" and "thrilling" Jigsaw Players are a compelling group of professional musicians who have been bringing exceptional classical chamber music and jazz concerts as well as educational projects to the Wimbledon and Merton area. The musicians are drawn from a pool of players, all of them international prize winners, members of England's most prestigious orchestras and/or of internationally renowned chamber music groups.

Bach to Baby Programme Image - Cupid's BowJump aboard the nearest cloud, Cupid's on his way. We'll be gazing down on some harmonious newlyweds, lamenting dreams of forbidden love with Faure's Apres un Reve, and floating on top of the world with Franck's passionate Sonata.

Featuring Susi Evans, clarinet & Zivorad Nikolic, classical accordion

Bach to Baby Programme Image - Dance of the ReedsAccordion-maestro, Zivorad Nikolic, and Queen-of-the-Klezmer-Clarinet, Susi Evans, perform traditional folk tunes and songs from Serbia, Romania and Bulgaria as well as Jewish wedding music of eastern Europe. It is soulful and celebratory music that makes you dance and weep all at the same time.
