Bach to Baby is the critically acclaimed classical concert series for babies, toddlers and their families to enjoy together. Founded by mum and award-winning pianist Miaomiao Yu, the series features outstanding musicians from the top concert stages, with monthly performances in over 45 venues across London and the South East, as well as special events at Buckingham Palace and Royal Albert Hall.

Bach to Baby, the critically acclaimed concert series for babies, children, and their families, is looking for a passionate, confident, and creative digital marketer to keep our social presence lively and consistent, and help grow our audience. You'll own the day-to-day of our channels, with room to take on more as you settle in.

Core Duties:
Social Campaigns, Content & Community
- Keep our social channels active, on-brand and consistently engaging
- Create engaging content across our channels
- Build genuine engagement with our audience
- Support relationship-building with aligned creators and partners
Ticketing Sites and Online listings
- Keep our online listings and ticketing platforms accurate and up to date
Additional duties, if you have the relevant experience:
Paid Digital Advertising
Support paid social advertising activity to drive ticket sales and subscribers
Requirements
Essential

2-3+ years' experience in social media or content marketing role with proven success in:

Social media audience growth, content creation, scheduling, and community management

Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail

Exceptional written English and creative copywriting flair

Proficient in Canva, Adobe Express, or similar for creating engaging digital content, as well as Meta Business Suite, Metricool or other social scheduling tools

Strong proficiency in Google Workspace or similar (Word, Excel), with a keenness to embrace new tech

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships

Flexibility
We are committed to making work work for families. This is a part-time position with flexibility to work longer or shorter hours, fitting around school and other commitments. Fully remote is possible for the right candidate.
At the same time, this is a small company that cherishes hardworking entrepreneurship. Certain duties and responsibilities are difficult to define and may vary from time to time, sometimes overlapping in areas with other members of a close-knit team. Team members have the ability to think and work flexibly; a can-do attitude is required to meet the rapidly changing operational requirements while also making the time to think outside the box, explore, develop and improve marketing within Bach to Baby.
