Top Baby & Family-Friendly Christmas Activities in London and the South-East 2025

While there are plentiful Christmas family shows and activities across the capital, Surrey and the Thames Valley, many are geared towards older children and not always ideal for toddlers and babies. So we've scoured London and the South East for magical experiences that work for your very littlest ones ... and you! And you'll be happy to hear that several are free or more budget-friendly.

We've hand-picked our favourite festive things to do with a baby or toddler near some of our concert locations, so you can plan a fun-packed festive day out that will give you all the Christmas feels.
